Exceptionally nice staff, new-fashioned guest room. Really lovely private bathroom. Excellent location for Siena, really close to Siena for the palio horse race, the Piazza del Campo, and food shops...

Possibly the best and real good stay during my Tuscany vacation. Helpful, diligent staff, fantastic location adjacent to all the major sites, the centre of the old city and the main square il campo.

the unit we got was neat with extra beds, balconies, for instance. the staff were excellent, thanks to them everything was excellent. the location was marvellous and fantastic, to the main square il campo!

A quirky hotel with excellent and extremely friendly staff. Large room with a balcony and the terrace, for instance. Magnificent and absolutely perfect location - a few steps away from a 13th-century palace. A good restaurant available in the property.

I had reasonably priced room with the terrace. Having a shower, hairdryers, and a bidet was a bonus. The location was great and fantastic and on a quiet side street😃

We stayed at Albergo Centrale for a few days and had a wonderful time. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, and the hotel's central location made it easy for us to explore. The rooms were spacious, new, and clean, with a great view from the window. The bathroom was large, and the breakfast was fresh and served with a smile. The staff even arranged for a taxi for us and allowed us to leave our luggage after checkout. We couldn't recommend this hotel more!

Pleasant and responsive staff. The room is good with an atmospheric view of the tiled roofs. Located in the heart of the city, 2 minutes from the main square. Free parking is available near the nearest way out of the old town.

The location was excellent and unbeatable, very close to the central square.

Overall I spent my time lovely. The staff were very friendly and excellent, it was a bonus. The rooms were functional and a nice size with balcony and view over the rooftops of Sienna, as for instance.
